BP UV gel polish Glitter Series n° 03

When I saw BP UV gel Shimmer Series polishes I liked them so much that I ordered the whole set of 12 bottles; as I'm not fan of big glitters, I chose the 01-12 set that seems gorgeous to me! :-) And, when I got them, I didn't know which one to try first :-) 
I really think that the whole BP UV gel Shimmer Series collection is amazing, so it is really difficult to choose just one or two of them...  :-)

Today I present you BP UV gel Shimmer Series polish n° 03. You can it on Born Pretty Store website with this name: 1 Bottle 10ml Born Pretty Yellow Nail UV Gel Varnish Shimmer Soak Off UV Polish, item ID: 24293. They describe it as yellow, but it looks more like green to me :-)

I didn't have problems working with it, the application was very smooth and what you see is two coats of BP UV gel Shimmer Series polish n° 03. As base and top UV gel polish I use BP UV gel base coat polish and BP UV gel top coat polish. Every layer of UV gel polish and UV base/top coat is cured 2 minutes in 36W UV lamp.

Of course, I like to wear my manicures "enriched" with some nail art, so tomorrow I will show you a little "extra" that I've created on this beautiful polish! :-)

Born Pretty Store BP thermal polish #5

In my last sample package that I got from Born Pretty Store I got also six Born Pretty thermal polishes. During last weeks I tried all of them, I used them as base for my free hand nail art creations and my stamping manicures and slowly slowly I'm going to present all of them to you :-)

Today I present you BP thermal polish #5. You can find it on Born Pretty Store website with this name: 1 Bottle 6ml BornPretty 3 Colors Thermal Nail Polish Temperature Color Changing Polish #5, item ID: 25176.

BP thermal polish #5 changes from military green in cold state to light yellow in warm state and it has a really nice colour shift. In some of my photos you can notice that there is also the third shade visible, so it seems to me that with this nail polish you instantly get a really nice gradient on your nails!

This thermal nail polish comes in a 6ml bottles and this is the only "negative" thing that I can write about it, because once you try it you wish to have it in full dimension nail polish bottle! :-)

This thermal polish is extremely well made, it has the right consistency that allows you an easy and smooth application. The colours are bright and the nail polish is well pigmented, I needed two layers for a full opacity.
It also has a perfectly normal nail polish smell and the drying time is quick :-)

As I already wrote more than once, I'm sorry that my nails are not so long, so often I can't get the typical "gradient" effect that you usually get using thermal nail polishes. 
The other problem is my personal problem with micro-circulation, so my fingers are (almost) always cold and these thermal nail polishes don't have many possibilities to warm up much :-) So, I had to experiment a little bit and for my thermal polishes swatches, I used the hair-drier to get the change of colour :-) 

I like all of these BP thermal polishes, this one is one of my favourites and I can strongly recommend it :-)

Bourjois n° 21 Sunny Sunday

I know, I know, some of you who know me a little bit better will not believe when they see what I'll present to you today, but in my defence I have to say that I got this nail polish from my dear cousin Mateja, Rainbows and Blues blog, and I think she wanted to tell me that I should start using also yellow, at least once in a while... :-) Mateja, thank you for this nail polish (and for other nail polishes came in the same nail mail) and yes, I will use it in the future, but for some nail art details :-)
