Born Pretty review: Shiny Glitter Painting Gel BP-GP05 Blueshufted - Blue glitter roses on light pastel creamy yellow manicure

Today I present you a new product that I got from BornPretty for my honest review :-) It's Shiny Glitter Painting Gel BP-GP05 Blueshufted, you can find it on BornPretty website with this name: Shiny Glitter Painting Gel 5mlitem ID: 52392-5, BP-GP05 Blueshufted.

This gel comes in a 5ml plastic jar, but you need a small amount of it to draw on your nails, so it will last a long time! :-)
It is made of healthy, non poisonous, environmental friendly materials, it's quick-drying with UV or LED light and it's very easy to use :-)

There are 4 different shades of shiny glitter painting UV gel, I like all of them but my favourite is blue, so this one was my first choice! :-)

I didn't have problems working with this Shiny glitter painting UV gel BP-GP05 Blueshufted, the application was smooth and easy! :-) I was very pleased with the result! :-)

My "little helper" in free-hand drawing was my new Drawing liner nail brush that I presented to you in my last post Born Pretty review: Metallic painting UV gel BP-MD02 Cyberpunk and Drawing liner nail brush - Abstract silver lines on light blue, follow the link to see it! :-)

Here is my manicure, Blue glitter roses on light pastel creamy yellow, I hope you like it! :-)

  1. That is pretty! How do you clean your brush after having painted with it? :)

    1. If I paint with UV gel, I clean my nail art brush first with a piece of normal paper towel and then with some nail cleanser (also alcohol should do the work).
It's important that your nail art brush covered with UV gel doesn't finish under the UV lamp because it's very difficult to clean cured UV gel from any surface....
But, if you clean your nail art brush right after you finished drawing, you shouldn't have problems, I manage to clean almost all of UV gel just using a paper towel and then I perfect the cleaning with some cleanser..

If I paint with acrylic colours I clean my nail art brush with warm water and sometimes I add a small amount of liquid soap.

If I paint with ordinary nail polishes I clean my nail art brush using acetone... but I haven't used nail polishes for drawing really a long time, because I can't be as precise as I would like to be and get the exact shapes that I would like to get, and also because cleaning nail art brushes with acetone ruins the bristles very quickly...
