Born Pretty Store Review: Dazzling Glitter Round Rhinestone 3D decorations

This beautiful set of dazzling glitter round rhinestone 3D decorations was kindly offered to me from Born Pretty Store for this review. You can find it on their web site with this name: Dazzling Glitter Round Rhinestone 3D Nail Art Stickers W/Box 1cmitem ID: 5646

The plastic box contains 24 pieces of dazzling glitter round rhinestone 3D nail art decorations, in 12 different colours, all beautiful! :-)
The diameter of these rhinestones is 1 cm, so they could be called "big", but I think that they are not too big, they just need "the right manicure" :-)

The rhinestones have a flat backing surface and applying was not a problem at all. I used a manicure stick with a little bit of top coat to pick up the rhinestone and then put it on a drop of top coat on my nail. My nails are not very large and they are curved, so this rhinestone can't lie on my nails with all its backing surface, but that day when I used it I had the impression that it sticked firmly to my nail. If you would like to be 100% sure that it won't fall off your nail I guess that using a little bit of nail glue could be a good solution :-)

Here is my manicure :-)

Kiko n° 253 Magenta
Kiko n° 376 Candy Pink
NYC n° 138 Classy Glassy top coat

  4. They look great but aren't they a little big too big....? Were you able to work with them and how long did they last on the nail?

    1. The day when I wore this manicure I had a free-day :-) No, working in a supermarket I definitely couldn't work with this manicure, it would fall from my nail sooner or later (I work with money, coins, boxes ecc...so nothing can survive that kind of work...).
At home, my manicure lasted one day (I change my manicure every day if I can) without problems, doing what I usualy do, working on computer... Of course I was careful washing the dishes, but it didn't fall off :-)
I see this kind of manicure as a manicure for some special occasions, for example some birthday party or wedding party or something like this :-)

  5. This manicure is soooo perfect! Tatjana, you're right, this is the only way you could ever wear a decoration that big. Honestly, it could not fit any of my nails except the thumb. You're so creative!

    1. Yes, they are bigger than normal rhinestones or nail art studs, but they can be used for some special occasion manicure :-)
